About me

I’m a Sacramento, CA based Graphics and Web Designer with just under two years of professional experience working to provide small to medium business environments with graphics design, web design, web development, and UI / UX design support that have fostered a strong resourcefulness. While I will not falsify these as positions dedicated to production of digital or printed materials, I will note that they both familiarized me with the needs of small to medium sized businesses as well as granted me an ability to better multi-task a myriad of roles. As I pursue a more dedicated career, I approach it with the final stages of a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Media Arts with minors in Web Design and Development at Southern New Hampshire University and experience acting as a team player who has the ability to work indepently.

• US Navy MWR Department

  NF-01 (01/2012 - 06/2013)
  • Created an intranet community website and captive portal for customers of restaurant facility using existing spare parts to result in no additional cost to department
  • Halved the time staff spent using POS by overhauling its UX / UI
  • Doubled attendance of department events by creating and posting printed / digital ephemera in short time frames to ensure maximum exposure
  • Developed IT Standard Operating Procedure for the San Nicolas Island MWR Department that created accountability and drastic elimination of downtime
  • Spearheaded projects that saved an estimated $50,000+ by in housing the work
